Leadership isn't reserved for people with titles.
Tina Eliana believes leadership is a choice we make every day through the way we influence, encourage, serve, and show up for others.
As a Leadership and Learning Systems Advisor, author, speaker, podcast host, and community builder, Tina helps individuals discover their capacity for leadership and helps organizations develop environments where people can grow, contribute, and thrive.
With more than 30 years of experience spanning education, corporate leadership, transportation and logistics, law enforcement, and nonprofit development, Tina has spent her career helping people grow, solve problems, and move from possibility to purposeful action.
Her work is grounded in a simple belief:
Tina is the author of Lessons from Grandpa (August 2026), a collection of timeless life lessons rooted in family, character, and wisdom passed from one generation to the next, and Aspire. Inspire. Lead. (October 2026), a practical guide to intentional leadership and everyday influence.
She is also the author of the forthcoming memoir Even the Sweetest Jam (June 2027), which explores resilience, faith, loss, reinvention, and the experiences that shaped her journey as a leader, learner, and storyteller.
In June 2026, Tina launched Jam Sessions with Tina, a podcast that explores leadership beyond titles and positions through honest conversations with everyday leaders, innovators, creators, and change-makers. Each episode invites listeners to "leave the titles at the door" and discover the impact leadership can have in every area of life.

Outside of her professional work, Tina enjoys life with JD, her husband of 14 years. Along with their beloved fur baby Daisy, they love traveling the United States and creating memories along the way.
Leadership is not a position. It is a mindset.
Through books, speaking, podcasting, learning communities, and educational resources, Tina creates opportunities for individuals and organizations to grow, connect, and lead with intention.
Her commitment to leadership and service extends beyond her professional work. Tina serves as a Western Governors University Ambassador, supporting prospective and current students throughout their educational journeys. She is also the founder of The OWLS Community (Ongoing Wisdom, Learning, and Stewardship), a learning and networking community that connects Western Governors University students, alumni, faculty, and staff through shared experiences, professional growth, and lifelong learning.
Throughout her career, Tina has built a reputation for delivering practical solutions that strengthen leadership capacity, improve operational effectiveness, and create meaningful learning environments. She holds four degrees from Western Governors University, including a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, a Master of Science in Management and Leadership, a Master of Science in Learning Experience Design and Educational Technology, and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. She is passionate about bridging research with real-world application and helping others turn knowledge into action.
Born with Visual Snow Syndrome but not diagnosed until age 49, Tina launched Describe the Dots, an awareness initiative dedicated to helping others better understand the condition through education, advocacy, and storytelling. Through her work as a patient advocate, she helps raise awareness, foster connection, and amplify the voices of those navigating a frequently misunderstood neurological condition.
